Our Beginners Longsword Classes are for Everyone!

We teach people of all levels and abilities, you don’t need to be fit or strong or have any martial art background.  There’s only one restriction – you need to be at least 16 years old (due to insurance limitations) and the signup form needs to be signed by your parent in the presence of the instructor. For people 18 years or over the only limitation is their own determination!

Please note: this slot is regularly taken by the Beginners 10 weeks German Longsword Course, however there are classes in between introductory courses that are open to everyone. Please look out at our Schedule Page for Beginners Longsword classes.

Our beginner’s classes are as follows:

MONDAY: 7:00 – 9:00 PM (Mahon Community Centre)

Please bring comfortable clothes, indoor non-marking sports shoes, towel and plenty of water!

Cost is 10 euro per person,
