Waterford Longsword Workshops!

Thanks to the popularity of the last year’s event and the ever increasing demand for HEMA in Waterford we’re launching our one day Longsword Workshop on Sunday 19th of March 2017 @ Waterford Crystals Sports and Leisure Centre, Waterford, Ireland

These 1 day workshops are aimed primarily at people who would like to try out HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts)/historical fencing. Covering all principles of fencing this course will teach you basic movements, guards, attack/defence techniques and basic strategies that can be employed with any blade based weapons.

As there seems to be an increasing demand for HEMA in Waterford area this workshop will serve as a probe for launching a new regular training group at Waterford area!
